At MÙMA WORLD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
